This workshop will guide you to create your own hand embroidered landscape that is unique to you. Using the guidance you'll be learn how to select fabrics, threads and hand embroidery stitches to create your own embroidered landscape.
You will need:
A piece of base fabric slightly larger than the finished landscape - calico or cotton is good for this
Small pieces of fabric in the colours you would like to use for your landscape
An image if you're referring to one
Threads in the landscape colours - try to use different threads such as stranded cotton and perle
Sewing machine thread to match your fabrics
Needles
Pins
Fabric and thread scissors
These instant workshops are PDF downloads that you can work on anytime, anywhere at your own pace. The inspiration kits are for those who don't have much of a stash - yet! Or for those who'd like to work from a carefully curated fabric and thread selection. The image is an indication of the contents of your kit as each one is unique. If you have a preference of landscape kit you would like (such as seascape, autumn landscape, summer meadow) then a kit can be selected for you to match this.
These exclusive coasters designed by Louise Goult are perfect for that necessary tea or coffee when being creative! They are laser etched onto beautiful wood in my studio, before being sealed and a cork back applied to protect your surfaces.
The needleminders are exclusive and designed by Louise Goult. They're ideal to keep those needles and pins from escaping. They are laser eteched on to wood in my studio and come complete with magnets to hold your needles and pins.
The luxury set can be sent directly to a recipient with a hand written note if preferred. Leave a note at the checkout with you chosen message and I'll do the rest.
